The jack is a multipurpose prestressed tensioning device, easy to operate. Mainly used for single hole tension. also used for,porous preloaded,tensioning and troubleshooting,and can be applied to a variety of sizes of high strength steel wire  and steel strand.Especially for high-altitude operations, easy to carry.Steel stranded wire reserve length is 200 mm can be tensioned , can save prestressed tendon material.
The QYC250-200 front clip-through hydraulic jack is a multi-purpose pre-stressed tensioning device, which is easy to operate.
Mainly used for single-hole tensioning. It can also be used for multi-hole pre-tensioning, tensioning and obstacle removal, and can be applied to high-strength steel wire bundles and steel strands of various specifications and sizes. It is suitable for single-hole tensioning, group-anchor tensioning one by one, troubleshooting, anchor withdrawal, and supplementary tensioning.

1.Prestressing Mono jack tensioning cylinder and return cylinder both adopt double seal to improve seal reliability. Prestressing Mono jacks are sealed with Grey-ring or Sterring for reliable sealing.

2.Prestressing Mono jack two cylinders and piston head are designed as a whole, avoiding the possibility of failure due to two-body welding or two-body connection with threads.

3.Prestressing the improved design of Mono jack wear-resistant ring and wear-resistant sleeve can avoid the possibility of the assembly type being forced out and improve product reliability.
1. The YCQ25Q jack uses tools that are placed in front. The steel strand can be tensioned with a reserved length of 200mm, which can save prestressed tendon materials.
