Structural composition
- Splitting rod: It is composed of oil cylinder, piston rod, seal, etc. Multiple plungers are arranged on the rod body, and each plunger is equivalent to a small jack.
- Hydraulic power station: It provides power for the splitting rod, mainly including motor, oil pump, oil tank and other components, and outputs 120-150MP high-pressure oil.
- High and low pressure hydraulic connecting pipes and quick connectors: used to connect the hydraulic power station and the splitting rod to realize the transmission of high-pressure oil
Working principle
The ultra-high pressure oil pump station outputs high-pressure oil to drive the oil cylinder to generate huge driving force, pushing the movable piston on the splitting rod to move outward. The force generated by the piston acts on the hole wall of the split body. When the force exceeds the compressive strength of the rock or concrete, they will crack in the predetermined direction.
